Our Realtors are pros! Even though we had visited Vero Beach
several times, you found our absolute dream home in one quick weekend visit, so
we just had to make an offer even though we were traveling the next morning to
our anniversary celebration cruise. You

the hotel, so we left on our cruise with an extra reason to celebrate!

We like your style! Thanks for getting back to us so
quickly. Sounds like you are full of
ideas. No one else seemed interested in
helping us. We are planning on spending
a few weeks in Florida in May and maybe we could spend a little time together. I tried to give you some ideas about what we
were looking for so you could get to know us quicker. Over the next couple months I wanted us to
try to narrow it down to a manageable number of condo communities that we
should consider. I realize the inventory
will change but we will then know what communities to focus on. I noticed a lot of condos only have either no
pets or very small dogs allowed. Both my
spouse and I are 59 and I know there are ones that focus on 55+ years of age
and older which I don't know if those would be good or not for us. Please keep
us in mind and email us potential condo communities.
